Korea’s latest approved 2023 factor is 384.4 gCO₂e/kWh at generation and 417.3 gCO₂e/kWh at consumption. No official five-minute intensity series is published with the KPX generation feed. The live chart multiplies each KPX fuel output by an IPCC AR5 median lifecycle factor, then divides by generation excluding pumped storage. “Other renewables” uses the dedicated-biomass median as a conservative proxy.
It is a navigable view of a public, power-flow-ready synthetic model whose geography is anchored in open observations.
It is not a current KEPCO asset registry, an operational state estimator, or a security-sensitive representation of control systems.
